Preparing for Your Pet’s Stay

Being prepared for your pets’ stay ahead of time will help ensure everything goes smoothly and as stress-free as possible for you and your pet.

• Verify that all your pets’ required vaccines are current with verifiable proof for our records.
• The Bordetella vaccination for canines cannot be given any closer than 7 days before your boarding date. If this vaccine is not current or is given within the week prior to your boarding date, we will not be able to board your dog.
• No vaccine given by yourself, a breeder or a party that is not through a veterinary hospital or mobile vaccine clinic will be accepted as a valid vaccine.
• Familiar items from home are encouraged! Bring your pets’ food/special diets, toys, treats (no rawhides), blankets, and any necessary medications.
• Do not bring bowls, we provide them
• Do not bring beds if your boarding in our large runs; they are often unused by your pet, and are subjected to urine/fecal matter if your pet goes inside their run. We are currently in the process of buying Kuranda elevated built in beds for all of our large runs.
• Please mark any items from home with your last name in permanent marker

Vaccination Requirements

We do not accept vaccinations given by yourself or a breeder. All vaccines must be given by a veterinary hospital or through a clinic.

These requirements ensure your pets’ health during their stay. Please provide proof of vaccinations prior to arrival.

Canine Vaccine Requirements:

• Rabies
• DHPP/DHLPP (Distemper/Parvo combination)
• CIV (Canine Influenza)
• Bordetella (Kennel Cough) (Cannot be given any later than one week prior to boarding)

Feline Vaccine Requirements:

• Rabies
• FVRCP (Distemper combination)

Small Dogs

Small canines, under 20 pounds, are in individual indoor cages. Spacious exercise pens are also available for daytime activity.

Day Stay options are available Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Additional canine in same cage: $16.00
• Day Stay: $21.00

Large Dogs

Large canines are in individual large indoor/outdoor runs. Guests are kept indoors at night.

Day Stay options are available Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Cats

Felines are accommodated in single two-room units, located in a private room separate from our canine guests.
Larger suites are available for multiple feline guests, or for the big bone kitty.
Day Stay options are available Monday-Friday, 8;00am – 5:00pm

If any emergency should arise for your pet’s health during their stay with us, our fully equipped hospital is right next door, ready to tend to any concern.

• Cuddle Time or Play Time ($10.00 per session)
• In House Food ($3.00-$5.00 per day per pet depending on size)
• Assisted Care for pets with special needs ($4.00 per day per pet)
• Medication administration ($3.00 per day per pet; bring all medications in their original vials)
